Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the blade manufacturing process, from design to delivery.
- Undertake learning and improvement projects focused on strengthening expertise in supply chain, material sourcing, manpower management, productivity enhancement, lean project implementation, quality improvement, and cost, cash, and profitability optimization.
- Develop conceptual knowledge in professional disciplines such as SQPCDM, including support roles requiring specialized expertise or technical knowledge in a broad area.
- Apply general business knowledge acquired through education or prior experience and understand how team contributions align with overall business objectives.
- Resolve issues by following established procedures, consulting with supervisors or senior team members for matters beyond defined instructions or parameters.
- Collaborate with teams across various assignments, actively contributing to project activities.
- Work closely with internal business units to define requirements, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes effectively.
- Possess a basic understanding of key business drivers and utilize this knowledge to achieve work objectives while ensuring alignment with other teams and business functions.
- Participate in diverse projects and assignments to develop leadership, business acumen, and technical skills, providing project reports and presentations to supervisors and leadership teams at regular intervals.
- Operate within a team environment, working under the guidance of an assignment manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
