Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of applications that automate and enhance processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product/project managers, and operations leads to develop efficient tools and applications while following best practices for coding, documentation, and design.
- Actively participate in internal and cross-team meetings, contributing to requirements gathering, scope definition, decision-making, and technical documentation.
- Apply innovative thinking to design and develop scalable, reusable applications based on specifications.
- Work with diverse technologies, ensuring the production of high-quality code and participating in unit/peer testing.
- Contribute to UI design and development, database design, and the deployment/installation of components and services.
- Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications to improve performance and functionality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MCA or BE in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with WPF, WCF, C#.NET, and AWS, with a preference for experience in developing scalable, multi-tier applications using C# and other .NET technologies.
- Strong conceptual abilities, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shift timings.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of Python and Power BI.
- Experience in developing both Windows and web-based applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with database administration activities.
