Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consulting teams on advanced analytics topics, providing analytical and technical expertise.
- Utilize analytical methodologies to deliver insights and drive value for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and deliver analytics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical support by leveraging a deep understanding of data analytics solutions and processes.
- Develop high-quality, efficient analytics solutions to support business objectives.
- Deliver original analysis and insights to case teams, managing all or part of an analytics module while integrating with the team.
- Establish credibility as a thought partner by advising case teams on analytics topics and drawing conclusions on external and internal issues.
- Effectively communicate analytical insights through clear synthesis and visualization, including PowerPoint presentations, charts, and reports.
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze case team learnings to develop best practices and methodologies.
- Develop expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform.
- Execute analytical approaches and contribute to solution development while ensuring defined outcomes.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, delivering concise and effective messages both verbally and in writing.
- Apply strong analytical skills to develop insights, codify knowledge, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technology fields.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, particularly in mathematical programming and data-related challenges.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and insights.
- Ability to understand business requirements and proactively propose effective analytical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and VBA.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx.
- Preferred experience with programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Understanding of ETL processes.
