Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for end-to-end sales processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve queries ranging from simple to complex.
- Participate in testing new applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Meet GSCO Support KPIs and performance targets.
- Work from the office in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Stay updated on new releases and enhancements.
