Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic priorities aligned with the product roadmap for GCS Digital Experiences.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital channels and products, and develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance adoption and engagement for AXP customers.
- Leverage digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data to perform strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision-making support.
- Develop a deep understanding of GCS digital channels to ensure analytical insights are actionable and relevant.
- Ensure flawless execution of statistical projects, validation processes, and automated reporting.
- Assess the business impact of various strategies and initiatives, generating insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Field, Servicing, and Marketing teams, to plan and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop automated dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics Suite or Tableau to facilitate self-service analytics.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of advanced analytical methods and tools to refine and improve analytical practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to address unstructured and complex business challenges.
- Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with partners and team members to define key business objectives and align on actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Hive, Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and data-mining techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and effectively engage with business leaders across various organizational levels.
- Results-driven with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Passion for data science and machine learning, with a proven ability to develop innovative analytical solutions that optimize business processes or product strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to drive results.
- Basic understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience in the digital domain is preferred.
