Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle service calls, following established procedures to resolve tickets efficiently.
- Promptly allocate calls to the appropriate teams or personnel as needed.
- Log incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate and relevant records.
- Manage incidents and requests using the service management tool.
- Provide support for a diverse and continuously evolving range of applications, software, and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards across all IT service management processes.
- Liaise with management to communicate issues effectively and coordinate resolution strategies.
- Identify recurring issues or potential service risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Take full ownership of faults, managing them logically throughout their entire lifecycle.
