Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze financial data to identify key drivers and provide recommendations to stakeholders using analytics.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific business functions, addressing financial issues and supporting key business initiatives.
- Contribute to monthly expense and capital reviews by providing insights for budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances with operational analytics.
- Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain proficiency in its operations and business model.
- Support business functions by closing financial books, analyzing trends and variances, and developing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and reporting standards, maintaining the integrity of internal and external reporting.
- Apply financial principles and contribute proactively to projects through research, data analysis, and regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Assist in high-priority projects by maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing insights through standardized reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant competencies.
- Typically, 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
