Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Manages the technical scope of the project, ensuring alignment with requirements at all stages.
- Gathers information from various sources, including data warehouses, databases, and data integration models, to interpret patterns and trends.
- Develops and implements record management processes and policies.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements.
- Provides clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
- Sets up and maintains automated data processes.
- Evaluates and implements external tools and services to support data validation and cleansing.
- Produces and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis Responsibilities:
- Analyzes datasets to extract meaningful insights and information.
- Collaborates with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Designs and conducts surveys, analyzing data based on customer requirements.
- Examines and interprets complex datasets related to business operations, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics tools.
- Creates data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mines and analyzes large datasets, deriving actionable insights and presenting them to management using reporting tools.
- Develops predictive models and shares insights with clients as per their requirements.
