Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Problem Reports, Change Requests, and Change Notices for all design and production changes using PDMLink Windchill.
- Develop and maintain the Production Bill of Materials (P BOM) based on factory requests and changes to the Global Bill of Materials (G BOM).
- Ensure accurate implementation of design releases and changes across production and supplier plants.
- Manage the phase-in and phase-out of materials and BOMs, considering stock availability, open purchase orders, and future production orders.
- Analyze design changes and verify the accuracy and completeness of BOMs before production implementation.
- Ensure consistency in master data and BOM across systems while adhering to global governance standards.
- Enrich global material master attributes in Windchill PDMLink and SAP.
- Conduct and participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM) meetings with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics).
- 0 to 6 months of experience in any relevant field.
Competencies:
- Understanding of change management frameworks and processes.
- Ability to effectively engage and coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for daily reporting and analysis.
- Exposure to Excel macros and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks in time-sensitive environments.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
