Key Responsibilities:
- Collect past-due invoices and resolve invalid deductions for assigned portfolios through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Respond to email and phone queries related to disputed invoices.
- Research and analyze disputes and deductions within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain supporting documents and information for dispute resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend automation solutions.
- Track and monitor past-due invoices by preparing daily reports for individual portfolios.
- Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding dues and ensure timely resolution of disputes.
- Investigate and resolve issues efficiently to prevent any negative impact on customers.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member to handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Provide high-quality customer service by promptly researching and addressing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues to senior staff or management as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy levels and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred skills:
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
