Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support by addressing employee inquiries related to employment, contracts, onboarding, global benefits, and verifications, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update the HRIS with a high level of accuracy, ensuring timely processing of employee records and new hires.
- Lead global HR projects, including engagement, training, and culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive people strategy within assigned areas.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to colleagues across different regions, including leads, managers, and executives.
- Manage the new hire process by handling country-specific onboarding documentation, file creation, system setup, and coordination of introductory reviews.
- Support employees in benefits enrollment and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate monthly data submission.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure smooth and accurate salary payments.
- Create and manage purchase orders for internal departments.
- Provide administrative assistance to employees for benefits enrollment and processing.
- Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to maintain accuracy, compliance, and adherence to GDPR regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimize HR functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated history of exceptional academic and professional achievements from high school through graduate studies and career.
- Experience in an entry-level HR or People team role, preferably within the technology industry, is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive in taking initiative, providing suggestions, and contributing ideas to enhance team success.
- Ambitious and eager to advance within the HR field.
- Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events.
