Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting site reviews by gathering and organizing relevant data to support review activities.
- Communicate with clients via phone, chat, email, or online case/project discussions to understand their goals, priorities, product roadmap, and monthly releases while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Support front-line consultants, including care managers and account managers, by ensuring consistent data collection for site analysis.
- Provide assistance to front-line managers by fulfilling their data requirements.
- Remain consistently available to address customer requests, including researching, responding, and taking necessary actions as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Assist front-line consultants, including care managers and account managers, in ensuring consistent data collection for site analysis.
- Provide support to front-line managers by addressing their data requirements.
- Remain readily available to handle customer requests, including researching, responding, and taking necessary actions for assigned customers.
- Coordinate conference calls with customers and SAP Concur technical resources to facilitate troubleshooting when required.
- Work on customer issues and cases while effectively communicating updates with R&D teams.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages is preferred.
- Ability to manage and deliver small projects involving the implementation of SAP Concur features.
