Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document functional and business requirements effectively.
- Test and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with defined requirements.
- Create user stories in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Utilize process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar for workflow and process documentation.
- Work with interoperability standards, such as Peppol, to ensure compliance and standardization.
- Operate within an Agile framework and contribute to Agile practices.
- Experience in commercial product development is an added advantage.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform tasks with moderate supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working with enterprise customer accounts or customer implementations.
- Strong understanding of e-invoice processes and their application.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes, such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
- Good understanding of field mapping across various data sources.
