Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data handling, data processing, and programming tasks to support business objectives.
- Develop automated solutions to source and load entity data into databases efficiently.
- Analyze legal entity content to identify patterns and trends for actionable insights.
- Design, improve, and execute quantitative models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Apply machine learning techniques to generate solutions for core business processes.
- Collaborate with business, content, and product teams to address large-scale analytics challenges.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), visualizations, and pipeline tools to support product design and development.
- Work with development teams to deploy analytics solutions effectively.
- Interact with internal teams as needed, under supervision, to align on project requirements and objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Higher education in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering with a focus on Computer Science.
- Certification in Data Science or related disciplines.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Python, Power Apps, and SQL for data processing and analysis.
- Proficient in using tools and libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas, and Jupyter Notebook.
- Strong expertise in relational databases and database management.
- Solid understanding of statistics and proficiency in statistical programming languages like R.
- Skilled in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Ability to convey complex data insights and processes through compelling storytelling and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to present work effectively to peers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Certified or pursuing certification as a Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, with practical experience in Lean Project Management, coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments, and Lean projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process optimization, whether formal or as part of broader roles and responsibilities.
