Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the case escalation inbox and provide prompt email acknowledgments to internal requestors.
- Review case escalation email requests to verify completeness of required information; request additional details if necessary.
- Create and manage case escalations in Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure appropriate ownership and timely action is taken on all case escalations.
- Generate basic reports on the volume and quality of case escalation requests.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with customer service management software, with Salesforce being a plus.
- Background in customer service or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
