Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications.
- Monitor and respond to incidents and issues in a timely manner.
- Leverage expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and best practices to enhance operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application or ticket-related issues.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
- Highly motivated and self-driven individual with the ability to collaborate within Cloud Operations and across functional teams.
- Capability to understand and recommend improvements to Cloud Operations processes, documentation, and tools.
Technical Experience Required:
- 0–2 years of experience as an application support engineer in a cloud-hosted environment.
- 0–2 years of experience providing customer application and technology support.
- Proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
- Experience in managing service requests based on priority and ensuring timely completion with quality.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Good to Have Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in RPA development or Power Automate is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding using modern programming languages.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle is advantageous.
