Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product solutions throughout their end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Create, build, test, and deploy stable, scalable, and efficient solutions as a key contributor to the team.
- Collaborate closely with product management, experience designers, and quality engineering teams to define feature requirements.
- Operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and agile work environment.
- Work effectively with geographically distributed and highly flexible teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputable institute.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in design and development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Java, along with expertise in data structures and algorithms.
- Willingness to work on C++ projects.
- Knowledge of application development across multiple platforms, including various versions of Windows and Macintosh.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and their practical application to solve real-world problems.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and resolve issues using standard methodologies, automation tools, and AI-based technologies.
- Experience in performance tuning of applications.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and readiness to take on challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience in client-server and web-based development.
- Familiarity with Python for AI and ML applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Ability to develop cloud-enabled, highly scalable, and distributed solutions.
