Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide high-quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem-solving initiatives.
- Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize large data volumes to identify, support, and challenge business opportunities, while proposing effective solutions.
- Perform tasks related to data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
- Conduct and support options analysis to identify the most appropriate solutions for business needs.
- Maintain full traceability and linkage of business requirements to analytics outputs.
- Identify opportunities to improve and challenge current business processes, ensuring optimal outcomes for the customer.
- Create and execute quality assurance processes at various project stages to validate analyses, ensure data quality, and address inconsistencies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to tailor communications to effectively influence specific audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development tools and methodologies, coupled with the ability to adapt communication styles for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or MCA, with strong programming knowledge in C#, VB, and Python.
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification is preferred.
