Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets to track historical data accurately.
- Manage email queues and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with operations teams to prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Report observations to Workforce Management (WFM) to facilitate adjustments in staffing plans or rosters as needed.
- Proactively send alerts regarding potential SLA (Service Level Agreement) misses, if any.
- Provide actionable insights based on existing data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor volume variations across markets, processes, and queues by team or agent, and proactively alert relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and numbers with ease.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into actionable decisions.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and Access automation.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
- Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with Data Science concepts and tools.
