Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary interface with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, create and review designs, validate architectures, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
- Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, and conduct technical risk assessments, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
- Lead and guide teams in developing optimized, high-quality code deliverables while ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Contribute significantly to the development of efficient programs and systems to support clients in their digital transformation journey.
- Foster continual knowledge management and maintain compliance with organizational standards and practices.
