Key Responsibilities:

Process Support:

  • Manage transactions while adhering to required quality standards.
  • Handle incoming client requests via telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Document all relevant end-user details, including name, department, contact information, and nature of the issue.
  • Update availability in the RAVE system to maintain process productivity.
  • Record, track, and document all queries, problem-solving steps, and resolution outcomes.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries within SLA requirements.
  • Access and utilize internal knowledge bases and FAQs for efficient problem resolution.
  • Learn and apply product details to enhance client interactions and troubleshooting.
  • Document and analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain and update self-help documents for faster resolution of client queries.
  • Identify red flags and escalate critical client issues to the team leader for timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards by adhering to service agreements and providing necessary disclosures.

Customer Service Delivery:

  • Provide effective diagnosis and resolution of client queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Support clients by performing question diagnosis and guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating product menus to improve understanding of features.
  • Troubleshoot client queries professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of customer interactions as per guidelines.
  • Accurately process and document incoming calls and emails using designated tracking tools.
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients when appropriate to retain business.
  • Effectively organize and communicate messages tailored to the audience.
  • Follow up with scheduled callbacks to gather feedback and ensure SLA compliance.

Operational Excellence and Capability Building:

  • Ensure operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on features, updates, and changes.
  • Enroll in product-specific and additional training programs as required.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and suggest improvement themes.
  • Enhance job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and professional networking.
