Key Responsibilities:
- Execute various data loading and transformation tasks to meet analytical and operational needs.
- Apply knowledge of methods for parsing, formatting, and transforming data into consistent units aligned with analytical requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing logical and physical data models adhering to Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.
- Integrate multiple data sources and formats into a cohesive master data load.
- Exhibit expertise in at least one Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool for efficient data processing.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal mediums, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Identify and address downstream implications of data loads and migrations, including data quality, regulatory requirements, and other impacts.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence decision-making processes, and adopt a strategic approach to achieve project objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Possess hands-on experience with database technologies, including ETL tools such as Databricks Workflows, utilizing PySpark/Python, and demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficient in writing, optimizing, and managing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Capable of translating analytical problems into precise data requirements.
- Understand logical and physical data models, big data storage architectures, data modeling methodologies, metadata management, master data management, data lineage, and data profiling processes.
- Stay informed about the evolving technology landscape, current trends, and emerging tools, contributing innovative ideas to enhance team capabilities.
