Key Responsibilities:
- Possess strong process and business knowledge with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes.
- Track account operations, ensure process compliance, and perform repeatable administrative tasks with minimal need for coordination or ambiguity.
- Leverage analytical skills to identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Resource Management, Revenue, and Finance to ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, including MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Capable of effectively using systems for project, time, and resource management, as well as other business functions.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus.
Functional Skills:
- Preferably experienced in at least one of the following process areas: project/time management, contracts/invoicing/accounts receivable, order management, or master data management.
- Strong process and business knowledge with hands-on experience in the Order-to-Cash process.
- Skilled in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and securing sign-offs for new requirements under the supervision of the technical team or lead.
- Background in operations or back-office support services is preferred.
- Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
Management Skills:
- Self-motivated and organized individual capable of managing tasks, ensuring attention to detail, and delivering high-quality results.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of tasks.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure the timely completion of change requests and requirements.
- Maintain SLAs and resolve issues within defined timelines.
