Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and adopt groundbreaking technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to develop tailored solutions for customers’ specific needs.
- Collaborate with leading technologists globally to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Partner with Amazon teams in India to replicate and address customer concerns.
- Leverage extensive customer support experience to provide constructive feedback to internal Amazon teams for service enhancement.
- Manage customer communication during critical events, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Lead initiatives to improve support-related processes and enhance the customer technical support experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–1 years of experience in any of the following areas:
- Linux systems administration
- Database design and optimization
- Big Data analysis
- Network administration
- DevOps
- Programming or scripting experience in one or more languages, such as Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP.
- Troubleshooting and support experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of operating system concepts and Linux/Unix systems administration (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris).
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS, and database basics.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
- A self-starter attitude with enthusiasm for technology.
