Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support resources for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) on the IBM Cloud platform.
- Manage and maintain deployment scripts to ensure cloud software deployments are stable, secure, current, and consistently repeatable.
- Collaborate with developers on ongoing projects to update and expand existing solutions while minimizing technical debt.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose, resolve, and remediate issues in client environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with Terraform automation for infrastructure provisioning.
- Knowledge of Ansible automation for configuration management.
- Expertise in Bash/Shell scripting for task automation.
