Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and evaluate incoming requests for technical assistance via telephone, email, and chat, prioritizing issues based on urgency and impact.
- Identify and diagnose problems, conduct research, provide resolutions, and follow up with users as required; escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Document and track all interactions and incidents in a problem management database, maintaining accurate records and related documentation.
- Prepare standard statistical reports, such as help desk incident summaries, to analyze and improve service performance.
- Collaborate with programmers to explain software issues and recommend program modifications or updates as necessary.
- Test software and hardware to assess usability and determine if products effectively meet user requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Prior experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Capability to manage a heavy workload and multiple projects, adapting to frequent interruptions and schedule changes.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
