Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and utilize cutting-edge technologies.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to deliver customized solutions for customers’ unique needs.
- Engage with leading technologists worldwide to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with Amazon teams in India to reproduce and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Use your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal Amazon teams in India, enhancing service quality.
- Lead customer communication during critical events.
- Drive projects aimed at improving support-related processes and enhancing the customer technical support experience.
- Create tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical resources for the developer community.
- Tackle critical, highly complex customer issues that may involve multiple AWS services.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 – 1 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Linux Systems Administration, Database Design and Optimization, Big Data Analysis, Network Administration, or DevOps.
- Programming or scripting experience in languages such as Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, or PHP.
- Troubleshooting and support experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of OS concepts and Linux/Unix Systems Administration (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris).
- Basic understanding of Networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS) and Databases.
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
- Self-starter with a strong interest in technology.
