Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test secure, scalable, and maintainable cross-platform software solutions.
- Build applications, libraries, and services to manage application privilege lifecycles.
- Implement externalized authorization capabilities to enable secure and auditable access to production environments.
- Collaborate with teams across various technology domains to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Actively identify potential issues and create effective mitigation plans.
- Continuously learn and keep up with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Take ownership of your work and maintain accountability for its success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong experience in core and server-side Java software development.
- Proficiency in implementing RESTful APIs and working with microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, database design principles, and object-relational mapping frameworks.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to collaborate across diverse technology teams.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and testing cross-platform software.
- Solid experience with version control, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools.
- Ability to debug and understand both new and existing software effectively.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work efficiently in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Understanding of customer-centric and data-driven design principles.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of identity and privilege management concepts, including employee-privilege lifecycle, authorization vs. authentication, and segregation of duties.
- Expertise in web display technologies, especially modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React/Redux), along with CSS (experience with SASS, LESS, and/or PostCSS), and HTML.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container management.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and its core principles.
