Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance operational performance by analyzing IT controls and processes for security and risk management.
- Support live applications related to data privacy and security controls.
- Deliver managed services programs aligned with ITIL processes to ensure secure, high-availability systems and address software vulnerabilities.
- Develop methods to monitor smart devices connected to the enterprise network.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and security analytics as part of Security Operations Center (SOC) functions.
- Provide incident response support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for complex technical issues within client operations.
- Integrate business needs with technology solutions, including system requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
- Assist forensic accountants in detecting and measuring fraud or other violations.
- Query and analyze large data sets to uncover patterns and assess them using predictive modeling techniques.
- Evaluate clients’ control effectiveness to ensure reliable financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and protection of mission-critical assets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s (B.E./B.Tech) in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related circuital branches; or Master’s (M.E./M.Tech) in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering; or MCA.
- Minimum CGPA of 60% with no outstanding backlogs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for effective engagement on global, virtual platforms.
- High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to process adherence.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on effectively resolving reported issues.
- Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Basic to moderate programming skills in C, C++, Java, Python, and foundational knowledge in relational databases, networking concepts, and SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management domains is a plus.
- Curious, agile, and adaptable to solving complex and challenging problems.
