Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct foundational research on secondary sources and synthesize business information into standardized or customized knowledge deliverables.
- Work independently or as part of project teams to deliver research for internal E&Y practitioners, ensuring high standards of quality assurance.
- Interpret complex, strategic, or undefined business needs into comprehensive knowledge solutions, addressing the primary objectives and managing requestor expectations.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with RMS colleagues and requestors.
- Encourage and facilitate the sharing of leveraged knowledge and information resources across the firm.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in major research tools and products (e.g., Bloomberg, Edgar, company websites, LinkedIn) and expertise in effective Google search techniques.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in secondary research.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of secondary research databases, ability to explore company websites, and awareness of the independence impact of audit decisions.
Preferred skills:
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and respond to shifting priorities.
- Experience meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours (e.g., early morning or late-night calls) to support the global organization.
