Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions based on client specifications:
- Utilize software such as CAD and CAE to develop models in line with project plans and customer requirements.
- Test prototypes and designs on software, validating all boundary conditions, including impact and stress analysis.
- Produce specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Provide optimized solutions by running simulations in a virtual environment.
- Ensure software remains cost-effective for the client by updating it with the latest features.
- Identify improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and enhance applications/solutions.
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures as per client requirements during software modeling.
Customer Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide customer support and resolve issues as needed.
- Address defect fixes raised by clients or the software integration team by managing ticket resolutions.
- Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures to meet customer standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems efficiently and with minimal delay.
- Deploy programs, gather user feedback, and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere to project plans and industry standards in all deliverables.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports as required by the client.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of design changes, recommendations, and project history.
- Keep accurate timesheets for client billing and records.
- Provide written knowledge transfer and project documentation as needed.
