Key Responsibilities for Junior Analyst:
- Track employee updates, outstanding certifications, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to policies.
- Review and process pre-clearance requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of reported personal trades for supported personnel.
- Maintain a comprehensive archive of reports and documentation.
- Assist employees with questions related to code of ethics policies and procedures.
- Work shift timings are from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities for Apprenticeship:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage and update the Learning Xchange platform, including uploading courses, creating learning paths, and managing user enrollments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the LMS, collaborating with the corporate Learning Xchange (LX) team to efficiently resolve LX-related queries.
Support Content Development and Delivery:
- Assist in designing and developing learning content, such as presentations, infographics, and other training materials.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and accessible content tailored to meet the learning needs of various business lines.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage learning projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
- Ensure that learning initiatives are delivered on time and align with the overall goals of the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with L&D managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet expectations and progress as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for queries related to learning programs and initiatives, providing timely and accurate information.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports on learning metrics, such as course completions, participant feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for senior leadership to highlight the impact of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.

- Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Proficient in designing and developing learning content, including presentations.
