Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge and skills in talent acquisition to develop and improve recruitment policies and processes.
- Adapt and lead employer branding initiatives, driving recruitment tools, systems, and channel development while finding innovative staffing solutions.
- Recruit new staff for specific functions and service areas based on approved staffing plans and projections.
- Develop and execute campus hiring plans.
- Manage and optimize the use of in-house and external job portals.
- Gather and share industry insights and talent acquisition best practices.
- Define, standardize, and optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Design and oversee internal job postings.
- Collaborate with Field HR to identify and develop new sources for hiring.
- Audit the entire candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Use analytics to identify and address gaps in current recruitment processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or Psychology from a recognized institute.
