Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management & Tracking:
- Maintain and regularly update data sheets (Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel) with precision.
- Ensure timely collection and organization of data from various sources, especially for ongoing analytics projects.
- Create automated solutions (e.g., formulas, macros) to streamline data entry and management processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on data insights.
- Analyze trends and generate actionable insights from the collected data.
- Collaborate with different teams to align project goals with data-driven insights.
- Presentations & Reporting:
- Prepare clear and concise presentations to summarize findings for internal teams.
- Translate data into visually appealing formats (charts, tables, infographics) for better understanding.
- Present insights in internal meetings and recommend actionable next steps based on data analysis.
- Work Organization & Task Distribution:
- Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a schedule of deliverables and ensure updated reports are accessible to other teams when required.
- Monitor team members’ progress and provide feedback based on data metrics.
- Social Media Analytics (Bonus):
- If applicable, track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates).
- Provide insights into content performance and suggest optimizations for improved results.
- Learning & Development:
- Stay informed on the latest tools, features, and techniques in data management and social media analytics.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve relevant skill sets for the role.
