Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure a strong candidate, employee, and alumni orientation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the end-to-end interview process, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Manage virtual interview drives and recruitment events.
- Create job postings, assist with screening resumes and applications, and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Prepare reports and dashboards, updating data as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred; Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree is required.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth, or large-scale organization is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both stakeholders and candidates.
