Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for high-voltage (HV) equipment, with expertise in circuit breaker testing.
- Provide technical leadership for the test field area related to breakers.
- Coordinate and plan activities across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee routine testing of circuit breakers.
- Prepare for and actively participate in NCC management activities.
- Foster teamwork and ensure coordination among team members.
- Utilize Autoscan test software with DCRM testing capabilities.
- Maintain awareness of IEC standards for AIS equipment.
- Ensure adherence to IEC type testing standards for circuit breakers.
- Promote and uphold EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) awareness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-3 years of experience in high-voltage equipment testing in a test field environment.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with Autoscan test software and DCRM testing.
- Strong understanding of routine circuit breaker testing procedures.
- Deep knowledge of testing techniques in high-voltage test labs.
- Proven experience in managing customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
- Thorough knowledge of applicable norms and standards, including IEC and work instructions.

- Full fluency in English for effective business communication with international stakeholders.
