Key Responsibilities:
- Develop internal solutions with custom front-end interfaces (e.g., web, mobile) and back-end services to automate business processes, adhering to best development practices such as technical design, solution development, system configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue resolution.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code to ensure sustainability and scalability of solutions.
- Provide innovative and scalable solutions to support partners with their daily challenges and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Analyze operational workflows, identify tool requirements for scaling operations, and drive the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of these tools in collaboration with Engineering.
- Collaborate with analysts to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party products into internal systems, supporting and upgrading the implemented systems as needed.
- Work with internal teams to define and implement solutions that enhance internal business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Fluent in English with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
Preferred skills:
- Intending to return to a degree program after completing the internship.
- Experience in programming with Java, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of systems software, algorithms, and proficiency in SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services (RESTful, SOAP), and JavaScript.
- Availability to work full-time for 12-14 weeks during the summer.
