Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements that reflect customer needs.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, incorporating reusable components where applicable.
- Design comprehensive and integrated high-level solutions that align with customer business needs, operational requirements, and budget constraints.
- Lead or participate in formal and informal reviews with key stakeholders, offering technical insights and support based on experience.
- Communicate the details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to both business and IT personnel.
- Ensure customers fully understand the proposed solutions and address all open questions and action items.
- Support customers during the scoping phase, guiding them through to sign-off, including various processes for customer types and product models.
- Prepare solution-related documentation and specifications, configure solutions, and develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans for applicable testing.
- Assist in resolving configuration and implementation issues as they arise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus on Information Systems.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to effectively communicate Amdocs solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and other methods.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant products and end-to-end (E2E) business processes.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and familiarity with Amdocs business processes.
- High level of technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong personal connections.
