Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Support: Assist the Product Owner and Product Analysts with activities related to GenAI product management and innovation sprints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Market Scouting: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- Agile Participation: Participate in squad-level agile ceremonies, contribute to project planning and prioritization, and stay current with best practices in product management and user research.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide product decisions and strategies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- User Experience Research: Conduct user experience research to gather insights on user needs and behaviors, ensuring product features and enhancements align with user expectations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business (MBA), Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond those listed, as the job scope and duties may evolve.
- Preference for candidates working towards a BS/BA in Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to translate business needs and requirements into clear user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, including drafting clear and concise reports.
- Experience working with a multicultural, distributed agile team across different time zones.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
