Key Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to generate Bills of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line, specifically in Automation and Fire.
- Create and maintain accurate BOMs for the Design Engineering Service Line.
- Update BOMs with accurate information regarding materials, including both Siemens and third-party components.
- Collaborate with the operational team and interact with various stakeholders.
- Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts database to gather common materials or pricing.
- Associate quotes with line items in SAP.
- Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer.
- Work with Team Leaders (TLs) to prioritize BOM requests.
- Create re-estimates for the Design Engineer.
- Automation Tasks: Run the DT to SAP BOM transfer, and insert any missing or third-party materials.
- Fire Tasks: Enter materials in SAP based on the fire deviation report and final design, insert any missing or third-party materials, and adjust the “as sold” data.

- Graduation in any discipline.
- 0 – 2 years of experience.
