Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage personal and customer support inboxes, promptly responding to end-user requests according to the service standards established for each customer.
- Process service orders, answer inquiries, maintain account information, and accurately document user information within the ticketing or record system.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, keeping them informed of issue statuses by sharing relevant information.
- Adhere to schedules, turnaround times, and shifts, while efficiently managing time and handling multiple priorities.
- Accurately complete assigned tasks within the required customer-assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Proactively understand and address user concerns, identifying the root cause of issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred educational qualifications include BSc, B. Com, BA, or a diploma (12+3 years of education).
Working Conditions and Requirements:
- Training and work will be conducted from the office.
- Work from home may be allowed at the company’s discretion.
- A reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection (minimum 30 Mbps) at home is required.
- Willingness to connect via video during training and one-on-one discussions.
- A safe and suitable work environment at home is necessary.
- Ability to adhere to break and lunch timings as allocated by the supervisor.
Preferred Skills:
- Preference given to candidates with 6 to 12 months of experience in back-office operations, although freshers are also considered.
- Strong communication skills.
- A basic understanding of supply chain management, order tracking, and documentation is preferred.
- Flexibility with shift timings, including the ability to work US shift hours (9-hour shifts).Excellent keyboard skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute and 92% accuracy.
- Good English comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and act accordingly.
