Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Train and direct sellers to ensure the execution and adherence to norms and practices.
- Devise and deploy SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes aimed at improving the seller experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with SQL.
