Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous, and prompt technical support for the SAP Commerce product.
- Collaborate with support colleagues both locally and globally, as well as other internal organizations, to deliver superior customer service.
- Document technical solutions following the SAP Knowledge Management Strategy.
- Manage difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems independently, without requiring supervisory intervention.
- Maintain poise and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Adapt to business needs, including working shifts and weekends as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation
- Strong communicator and skilled listener.
- Excellent customer interaction skills.
- Analytical mindset with a good aptitude for problem-solving.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones.
- Good analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Interfaces, APIs, and Java is a plus.
- Proficient with performance troubleshooting tools like Kibana and Dynatrace.
- Prior experience in Technical Support, Software Development, IT, or Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
