Key Responsibilities:
- Develop insights to assist business and operations teams in making strategic decisions that impact the company’s top line or bottom line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand their data needs and partner with them to build data solutions.
- Apply experience in data analytics to work with large data sets, extracting and transforming data using various tools and technologies.
- Transform data into actionable business information and make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide.
- Use data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and present data in an easy-to-consume format.
- Demonstrate a passion for identifying root causes, trends, and patterns and understanding their impact on the business.
- Draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards, and visualize processed data.
- Utilize business and communication skills to work with product owners, understanding key business questions to build reports that enable quick and accurate answers.
- Manage competing priorities and handle ambiguity comfortably.
- Thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives.
- Exhibit a keen interest in solving unstructured and ambiguous problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL or ETL.
- Experience working with Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Experience working with very large datasets.
- Proficiency in using Tableau.
