Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly.
- Conduct regular planning and review key performance metrics to leverage changes effectively.
- Identify the right metrics to track progress against specific business goals.
- Design, run, and measure experiments to test business hypotheses.
- Expedite root cause analyses and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-serve platforms.
- Develop compelling stories with business insights, focusing on the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness.
- Gather insights from on-the-ground observations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, or Python.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Exposure to BI platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
