Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to assist the consulting team in various project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- You will research alternatives to the recommended solutions through literature surveys, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, etc., and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- You will create requirement specifications based on business needs, define the to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs.
- You will support the configuration of solution requirements on the products, diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.
- You will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends.
- Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest appropriate technology solutions.
- Possess knowledge of one or two industry domains.
