Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze variances of all profit and loss account items and derive logical conclusions for these variances.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and external financial accounting requirements, including record keeping, reporting, and auditing functions.
- Support Executives and Managers on research assignments and compliance-related work.
- Evaluate internal control systems and procedures, and prepare audit reports to highlight shortcomings and provide necessary recommendations.
- Conduct tax audits to ensure proper disclosures and compliance with various tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of Audit Programs and follow up by gathering information from clients.
- Stay updated with developments in audit-related areas and ensure that the team is kept informed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree and IPCC both groups cleared, or one group cleared and awaiting results for the second.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred skills:
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
- Comfort in interacting with senior executives both within the firm and at the client.
