Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts while enabling DevSecOps adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to plan, design, develop, and execute system tests, test automation, and performance testing solutions.
- Understand end-user scenarios and actively contribute to requirements gathering and design reviews.
- Analyze end-to-end system functionality and define automation strategies for system testing and simulation requirements.
- Maintain and update existing product test scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop productivity improvement tools to optimize testing processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing across environments.
- Continuously assess and enhance test automation productivity by leveraging Generative AI.
- Mentor project team members on selecting, designing, and implementing various test automation techniques.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, effective communication, proactive follow-up, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in testing, test automation planning, design, and development.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) and testing for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of all stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation (approach requirements, functional specifications, and detailed design).
- Familiarity with software quality assurance processes, including black-box testing, white-box testing, performance testing, stress and load testing, test planning, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Strong expertise in designing automation strategies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and .NET.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python.
- Practical knowledge of automation tools, including:
- Selenium
- Appium
- C# with RestSharp
- TestComplete
- Experience in web services and API testing.
- Expertise in automating mobile and web applications across platforms, including Windows Mobile, Android, and iOS.
- Experience in embedded automation.
