Key Responsibilities:
Data Development & Integration:
- Design, develop, and implement data workflows using SSIS to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Client & Business Interaction:
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Independent Problem Solving & Execution:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, propose innovative solutions, and drive successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain high service levels.
Continuous Improvement & Learning:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, tools, and overall organizational performance.
Compliance & Adaptability:
- Adhere to company policies, employment contract terms, and all directives, including reassignments, shifts, work environment flexibility, and alternative work arrangements.
- Acknowledge that the company may modify policies and directives at its discretion in response to evolving business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF, and Power BI/Tableau within a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Experience working with Python, PySpark, and Snowflake (preferred).
- Expertise in handling large datasets and optimizing data workflows for improved efficiency.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data analysis, ETL processes, and developing dashboards/reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Hands-on knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Snowflake.
- Strong expertise in SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF, and Power BI/Tableau.
