Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, review, and analyze business processes and systems to assess design implications across Business, IT, and Operations.
  • Support process reengineering by providing detailed guidance on process design while considering risk, end-to-end impact, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct impact assessments for change requests related to design, scope, timeline, budget, or effort on program plans, and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes, and scope modifications.
  • Assist in developing control structures and performance scorecards to monitor project milestones, budgets, resources, and employee engagement, implementing mitigating actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with markets and regions to understand regulatory requirements, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Support the Product Owner by:
    • Gaining insights into customer needs and advocating for customer preferences to shape the product vision.
    • Ensuring the delivery of value to the business by engaging with customers to confirm that the correct product is being developed.
    • Defining and communicating the product vision to delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong business analysis skills with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Proficiency in business and process analysis, change initiatives, and process re-engineering.
  • Experience in planning and implementing both business and IT initiatives.
  • Ability to challenge business intent constructively to accurately define requirements and design detailed business solutions.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance business outcomes and add value to customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills to manage multiple large-scale responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across Business, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Industry-recognized technical certifications, such as Change Management or Master Black Belt – Six Sigma, are desirable.
